Precision 7540 bricked after successful bios recovery

My laptop started bios recovery for no reason, when i restarted my laptop. After recovery it doesn't turn on anymore. The bios version was 1.36.1. It just spins fans 2 times for one second and then turns off. Trying to hard reset  doesn't work. What i already tried:

1. Removed cmos battery, internal battery and AC and left for 30 minutes

2. Connected to AC without internal battery holding power button for 30 seconds. White light blinks 2 times and then 2 times again but result is the same.

3. Repeated the same but with AC and internal battery connected result is the same white light blinks 2 times and then 2 times again but nothing changes

4. Removed ram and ssd and did the same and same result.

I spent my last money on that laptop and now it just self-annihilates. I am greatly disappointed.
