Precision 7540 boot sequence settings

I attempted to add two memory modules and a ssd module to my Precision 7540. In doing so I totally messed up my boot sequence settings. I have Windows 10 installed on the original ssd module. I believe it is in partition 1. Can anyone suggest the proper and complete settings that I should be using? All I get now is a blue screen.
