Precision 7520 BIOS External monitor via USB-C
Good morning,
I have a technical problem with my DELL Precision 7520 laptop. After the latest BIOS update (1.39), I cannot use an external monitor connected via USB-C.
After connecting the monitor, Windows either freezes completely, does not respond to anything and you have to reset the computer, or detects the monitor as an unrecognized device.
I tried to downgrade the BIOS to version 1.37 (in this version the monitor worked without any problems), but during installation an error appears ( ) and it returns to the latest version 1.39.
Can you help me with this issue?

Check to see if there is a password in the UEFI and reset it to defaults

I dont have UEFI password.
I managed to downgrade to version 1.38, but unfortunately I still get the same error when downgrading to version 1.37. BIOS Log shows only Logs: "Low battery"...
Regarding the first problem: How do I report this problem to Dell if the laptop is out of warranty?
