Precision 5820, Nvidia Quadro P4000, U2913WM, newest driver version not working(possibly not compatible?)
I have a Nvidia Quadro P4000 with a 12 year old Dell U2913WM. I updated the nvidia driver to its newest driver. When it starts it detects an input but goes into energy saving mode. It does show the Windows loading screen but as soon as it goes to login it does it. I am also using a dell 7 year old Precision 5820 if it matters. I believe it to be something to do with the resolution but I am not sure. Very thankful to anyone who can provide a solution as I have been searching forums on both here and nvidia and have found nothing that works.

If suspecting the driver issue, you can boot into Safe Mode and roll back driver.

@Chino de Oro I did manage to launch into safe mode so I deleted the display adapter and restarted. I managed to enter windows but only on the resolution of 1024×760 and the monitor is 2560×1080. Then when I update the driver because I wiped it it just goes back to the first problem

Why not roll back to the previous working driver, knowing that the updated driver was causing issue.
