Precision 5750 - Realtek Audio Driver - Wired headset low microphone volume

Dear all,

Helping a colleague with his Precision 5750 laptop. The latest Realtek Audio Driver version 10.0.220.1, A89 and 10.0.216.1, A66 are causing a low microphone volume with the wired headset. Only reinstalling driver 10.0.66.160, A08 is solving the issue.

Checked all settings and all looks OK, but the volume of the microphone is missing gain and inaudible when in online meetings.

The audio controller is Realtek ALC3204 and manages by Waves MaxxAudio Pro.  Make sure to select proper device (headset, over-ear, on-ear, etc) during popup message by Waves Maxx.  If you received no popup, considering of driver re-installation.

@Chino de Oro I can confirm installing the Waves MaxxAudio Pro fixed the problem. Strange the application doesn't show in the list of drivers/software for this model. Downloaded now from a newer model of the precision series.
