Precision 5690, WD19DC Dock, 2* 2723D Screens

Hi guys,

i have an enoying issue everytime i turn the machine on or i reboot it....

When turning on everything seems to be okay, Dock has two bright LEDs shining, both Screens turn on and show the DELL Logo. At the moment when the Windows GUI is loaded, both Screens fall to sleep and you cannot wake up them with pressing a key or moving the mouse...

Only opening the LED Screen of the Notebook causes the two 27" to send signs of life again. This is quite annoying because the Notebook is located under the desk and opening the Screen isn´t that simple as it sounds.

Anyway, this issue shouldn´t be one, why are the Screen fall asleep, when switching to Windows GUI ?

BIOS 1.9.1 (Dec 31st 2024), other Drivers are up to date using DellCommand Update, no new drivers found.

Dell Display Manager v2.3.2.18, also current version. Both Displays are connected to Display-Port, Cables already changed to newest generation.
