Precision 5560 with 64 GB of RAM & Core i9: Slow & unresponsive
Everything goes through the integrated intel graphics. The system can't handle simplest task such as taking a screenshot and making notes. Just re-installed the Windows, and I have no heavy software other than the standard Windows. Tried to channel the DWM.exe and other processes that use Intel to use Nvidia card (RTX A2000 4GB) but it doesn't help either.

Has the system ever had a thorough internal cleaning and replacement of the heatsink pads/compound? At 3+ years old, it's overdue and you likely are seeing a system that's overheating and throttling as a result.

Thanks for this. It is planned to change the battery, so I can ask to take a look at the fan and heatsinks as well. However I doubt it is the problem, since the issues arise from the very first minutes of the system startup. I doubt if it had enough time to heat up.
