Precision 5560, WD19TBS, U2724D compatibility and refresh rate

I am interested in the Dell U2724D display, but need confirmation that it will work as intended with my setup.

I have a Dell Precision 5560 mobile workstation connected to a Dell WD19TBS docking station. My plan is to connect the docking station and monitor with a DisplayPort cable. The DisplayPort version is 1.4. Also, my 5560 has the 11th Gen Intel i5-11500H cpu with integrated Intel UHD graphics.

Will the monitor function at the stated 120Hz refresh rate?
