Precision 5550 not charging from WD19 dock after KB5037587 update

My Precision 5550 did not charge from WD19 dock for the first time. I tried all the USB ports and none worked. Restarted the machine twice, still did not work.

I uninstalled KB5037587 update and refused to restart (restarting kept installing the update again) and now it is charging. Can Dell support inform Microsoft ASAP?
