Precision 5520 DXGI regression — KB5079473/KB5077181/KB5074109 break Adobe CC via Intel P630 driver bypass (Optimus disabled)

I am documenting a critical and reproducible regression on my
Dell Precision 5520 caused by three consecutive Windows 11
Cumulative Updates. Posting here to reach Dell Driver
Certification Engineering directly.

HARDWARE CONFIGURATION:
- Dell Precision 5520 — Service Tag JNR4RQ2
- CPU: Intel Core i7-7820HQ (Kaby Lake)
- GPU display controller: Intel HD Graphics P630
  Dell-certified driver: 31.0.101.2137
- GPU renderer: NVIDIA Quadro M1200 Maxwell GM107
  Driver: 32.0.15.8195
- Configuration: Optimus DISABLED
(Dell-recommended setting for Adobe CC workloads)
- OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2, Build 26200.8037
- External 4K display via Thunderbolt

THE PROBLEM:
Each of the following CUs force-installs Intel P630 driver
31.0.101.2140 despite ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate=1
being active and verified in the registry:
- KB5074109 (January 2026)
- KB5077181 (March 2026)
- KB5079473 (March 2026)

Driver 2140 breaks DXGI adapter negotiation specifically in
Optimus-disabled mode. In this Dell-recommended configuration,
the Intel P630 manages display output while the Quadro M1200
handles rendering — driver 2140 corrupts this coordination.

SYMPTOMS:
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom Classic crash
  on first GPU operation
- Premiere gpusniffer Plugin Loading.log = 0 bytes
- Mercury Playback Engine Software Only also fails —
confirms break is at DXGI init level
- Brave browser: black windows after Adobe corrupts
  shared DXGI context

CURRENT WORKAROUND:
Full system restore via Macrium Reflect + KB blocked via
DoNotAllowKBs + Windows Update suspended until April 2026.
Only Dell-certified driver 2137 is stable.

REQUEST TO DELL:
1. Flag this regression in the driver certification pipeline
2. Confirm which Intel P630 driver version is certified
for Precision 5520 with Optimus disabled
3. Escalate to Driver Certification Engineering with
