Precision 5520 bios update

Precision 5520 bios 1.23
bios update to 1.35 will not install
Tried .exe in win10, F12 bios flash with .exe and .rcv
1.35 is accepted, but after reboot nothing is flashed.
Bios remains at 1.23

suggestions?
