Precision 3591 wake from sleep unstable

I've used the Precision 3591 Workstation for some months now and find it unstable when waking from sleep, or sleeping. These are the main issues...

Issue 1:
System wakes from sleep, but is really really slow.
Could take 10 minutes to be 'usable' but with 30sec pauses between mouse movements.
Usually have to force restart via the power button to become usable again.
This is the most frequent and frustrating as it takes time to identify and restart.

Occurs every few days, perhaps up to 3 times per week.
My current work around is to Hibernate the system instead of Sleep.

Issue 2:
System wakes from sleep, but external USB devices (mostly hard drives) are lost.
Drives were connected to both main laptop AND dock.
A variation of this is the dock is powered off.

 Occurs perhaps once per week.
The solution is to restart the whole system, power cycling the dock as well if needed.

Issue 3:
 System blue screens while sleeping.
Just wakes up with blue screen and asks to restart. Is fine after restarting.

 Occurs perhaps once per week.

System:

  Dell Precision 3591

  Intel core Ultra 9 185H

  32GB DDR5
  WD22TB4
  Win 11 Pro
2x external monitors, 2x external hard drives

  Drivers and BIOS up-to-date
(Upgraded from Precision 7540, which had been rock solid)
