Precision 3590 Windows 11 Pro - WiFi icon disappears

New in box Precision 3590 systems with Windows 11 Pro originally Intune with the WiFi icon visible in the systray but then it disappears and using the normal methods to display it are not possible.

The adapter is present and shows Disabled or Dormant depending on the method to review it (IPCONFIG or through the OS).

We can enable it but it will immediately disable.

Driver updates, firmware updates, ripping out the device driver from Device Manager and letting Windows reinstall, etc. nothing resolves the missing WiFi icon issue.

Only fix we've found is to factory reset the laptop and re-register it through Intune.

One change I see happens before this is we disable IPV6 on all adapters. Even if I re-enable it the WiFi icon will not come back without a reset of the device.

Added information. We've now had 6 of the 6 Precision 3590s we've reset to factory default and Intune registered lose the WiFi icon after an update of some sort. Working with Dell on this now. No OS fix has resolved the issue. Resetting the device to factory default brings it back temporarily until "something" removes it again.
