Precision 3480 UEFI charger issue

Today I had my iPhone 15 Pro plugged in and it was not charging. Before the last UEFI update it was working fine.

Today with the phone connected, powerup and the machine claimed by phone was below the 100W required by the machine. Now that is eye opening.

I have lots of USB-C power chargers so the iPhone is not hurting. Still I figured by 54Wh battery could charge my phone as usual.
