Percision 5520 NVIDIA Graphics Card Not Working

I Recently upgraded to windows 11 because it was comapatible with my dell percision 5520 and my windows 10 install was messed up in some way where the mouse would just freeze and sometimes the thing would blue screen so i upgraded to windows 11, now my graphics card card is not working, it displays like this in device manager

I am really annoyed about this because i only got this laptop and installed windows a day ago and i just updated all my drivers and tried reinstalling the NVIDIA Graphics Drivers for my Quadro M1200 multiple times, The device says this most of the time and when it doesnt say that it isnt working it displays a grey screen when launching the desktop or it is really slow my mouse freezes and i get either a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSOD or a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION Blue screen
