Old Optiplex service tag not working
I wanted to update the bios of my Dell Optiplex 780 but when i tried the service tag on the case it did not work, Nor the express service tag. Any help?
Specs:
Core 2 Duo E7500
2gb ddr3 ram 1033mhz
250gb HDD
Intergrated gpu
No Events found!

You do not need a working service tag to download the firmware for your system.
