No internet + something more
Precision 7720; one day poof! No internet icon. What’s more when I go to settings I can open anything but network. When I click on network the page closes itself. I’ve tried getting to the internet a couple different ways. It even doesn’t work with a usb internet adapter.
I’m thinking I’ve got a virus?

To boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10 and 11, you must use alternative methods. The most common approach is to use the Shift + Restart method: hold down the Shift key while clicking the Restart option from the Start menu or login screen.This will bring you to the Advanced Startup Options menu. From there, navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. After the system restarts, you can select the desired Safe Mode option by pressing the corresponding number or function key: press 4 or F4 for Safe Mode, 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking, or 6 or F6 for Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

What Anti-Virus and Mal-Ware protection are you running?
Have you done a full scan?

If you check thru the attached TXT file, and scan it for viruses, then rename it
0toF.bat and double click on it you get a screen similar the the posted piccy hopefully.
Work your way down the list.
