New purchase warranty question
I recently purchase a new Dell Precision 2670 Oct 15 2024 from Newegg online.

While on a business trip, the laptop wouldn't turn on on a pressed the power button. The Keyboard would light up for about 50 seconds but nothing appeared on the display, just a black screen and the the keyboard lights turn off. I tried the 30s power button hold but that didn't resolve the issue. The laptop has not been physically damaged or dropped. Its been raining alot so the air is very wet but no direct water on the laptop.

Step one would be to check your warranty status here using your service tag https://www.dell.com/support/contractservices/en-us/
If there is no warranty information there, then you'll need to contact Newegg.
