New Dell Precision 3490 New Laptop with default OS config giving camera not working issues

For a brand new system, you would want to click on Get Help Now button on lower right of this screen.  After providing the system service tag (do not post it on public forum), you will be assigned support agent to help with diagnosing the problem.

Follow these steps to ensure that the camera is operational:

1. The correct drivers must be installed in this order:
   1. Install the latest Intel Integrated Sensor Solution driver from Dell Drivers & Downloads.
   2. Install the latest Intel serial IO driver from Dell Drivers & Downloads.
   3. Install the latest Intel Management Engine Components Installer driver from Dell Drivers & Downloads.
   4. Install the latest Intel Integrated Graphics driver from Dell Drivers & Downloads.
   5. Install the latest Intel 2D Imaging/MCU/Visual Sensing Controller driver for Camera from Dell Drivers & Downloads.
2. Reboot the computer.
