Monitor for Dell Precision 5530
I want to buy a monitor for my laptop but I don't know if my laptop support the monitor or not.
The monitor I want to buy is Dell UltraSharp U2724D 27 inch and I'm using Dell Precision 5530 4k Touch i7-8850H P1000
Can you help me? Thank you

The U2724D has HDMI and Displayports video inputs. The monitor will work with your Precision 5530. However, HDMI port only supports up to QHD resolution. You will need an adapter to use thunderbolt to Displayport for optimal outputs.

Any 4K monitor will work. I have attached Lenovo monitor with my Dell precision 5530 and it works perfectly fine.
Before buying a monitor make sure that the monitor is:
1- 4K capable for optimum results.
2- Monitor has Thunderbolt, Display and hdmi ports.
3- Monitor is IPS not TN or VA.
