Missing Microphone Boost on Precision 5490 - mic volume very low
Hello,
especially after upfgrading to Win11 2025 Update everyone in a call says i am to quiet. Testing the mic in Windows sound options says about 4% level at max switch! It seems the Missing Microphone Boost option we know from win10 get lost.
The Device is the Microphone Array on SoundWire Device which uses Microsoft Driver 10.0.2406.1. I only found realtek drivers on dell support site, installed it manually but the mic remains on MS driver.

Did you uninstall the MS driver? If not, uninstall the MS driver and then install the realtek driver from here.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

yes i did, but after installing mentioned realtek driver the ms driver for Microphone Array on SoundWire Device returns, i also tried manual to change the driver to the extracted realtek folder, but windows does not accept these files in driver install dialog.
