m3800 Laptop - No POST & 2 Beeps (Not RAM!)

I have a n m3800 that needed a new keyboard.  Installed said keyboard but laptop will not boot or POST.  It's just a dark screen and 2 beeps, repeating.  I checked the DIMMs on another laptop and they are working.

I have gone through the installation again, step by step looking for a connector loose, wire pinched, etc.

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
