Looking for tool to Downgrade Thunderbolt NVM Firmware to NVM 31 to regain access to Thunderbolt 2 Audio Interface.
Hello, I'm using a Dell Inspiron 16 7610 and need to get my Universal Audio Apollo which uses thunderbolt 2, to do this I must roll back to NVM 31. Is there anyone who could provide this tool for me please?

Is there any news on this issue? There's many of us with the need to downgrade to Thunderbolt NVM Firmware Version 31 or earlier.
The BIOS upgrade updated the Thunderbolt controller to NVM version 48.1. This is known to cause the Thunderbolt 4 port to stop recognizing several Thunderbolt 3,2 and 1 devices (for example, Thunderbolt 3-to-2 Apple adapters and FireWire-to-Thunderbolt adapters). Bios cannot be rolled back.
We would need a downgrade tool for the Thunderbolt Controller only like ASUS released for their products.
