Looking for an active pen compatible with Precision 5560.

You won't find one -- these have touchscreens, not active displays.

You can use a generic capacitive stylus (example below) if you have the touch version, but an active pen only works with a digitizing screen with a pressure-sensitive layer your system does not have.
