Laptop screen freeze on Dell Precision 5550
Dear Dell-Cares,
Please can you advise how I can resolve a regular issue with the Dell Precision laptop screen freezing when working with 2 extra 3MP monitors via a Dell WD19DCS dock.
<Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
The only way to fix the freeze it close and open the lid / lock and unlock the laptop.
It is very disruptive when working.

@GauravSyst I had previously reviewed this post which recommends uninstalling Intel Graphics Command Center Application and installing the original version from 2020 but this older version now fails to install. Therefore this suggested solution no longer works please advise.
