Laptop lagging in high performance power plan
I have a gaming laptop dell g3 3579 when i play games with power saving power plan it's not lagging and its charging
but when switch to high performance plan it starts lagging and blinking (charging and not charging). In Balanced mode it charges but the gaming performance its still low. Im ok playing with performance mode, but in cpu demanded games its bad

You need to balance the load against the system's capabilities. It may help to do an internal cleaning and replacement of the thermal pads, but this is an entry-level system -- it just isn't going to handle high performance settings without the throttling you're seeing.
