Issues after installing Firmware and drivers recommended by SupportAssist

Hello

I'm now one of the several users that have an issue after following the recommendations made by SupportAssist and installing the following today:

- Fingerprint Sensor Driver - A04 - 32.78 MB - Recommended - Installed

- Dell Precision 5570 System BIOS - 1.8.1 - 22.19 MB - Critical - Installed

- Intel AX411/AX211/AX210/AX200/AX201/9260/9560/9462 Wi-Fi UWD Driver - A43 - 62.04 MB - Critical - Installed

My right-hand USB-C port has stopped working completely. Can't even charge the computer using that port.

The two left-hand ports sort of work... charging works, computer is able to find my D6000 Docking Station and all equipment BUT the display just shows rubbish.

Is this related to the BIOS Firmware? Can a rollback be performed by installing the older version?

Cheers RobertW Sweden
