I cannot get DPBS to work on Precision 7550 or lower Precision models

Where can I find the list of combability?

I have failed to get this working with Precision 7530, 7640 and 7650.
It does work well will Precision 7560, 7670 and 7680.

I'm using a P2424HT screen.

The article https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/monitors/dpbs-dell-power-button-sync/64fb8160af12c7468415837d does not give me any help that laptops models support DPBS. Or if there is a BIOS that need to be set?
