How to stop wake my laptop on touchpad movement?

Just received my Mobile Precision 7680 laptop and when it is in sleep mode it is enough to touch the touchpad, and the laptop will wake up. Very frustrating... I checked all BIOS settings but couldn't find any which disables the waking up on touchpad clicks/moves... Is there a way to disable it? If I want to wake my laptop from sleep, I will press the Power button or press any key.

Another annoying thing: in the these new Dell laptops all the notification leds are removed. Very often I'm not sure if the laptop is running, or it is already in sleep mode/turned off. What is a definite criteria when I can say: "this laptop is turned off or in sleep mode" ?

At the Dell logo screen, tap F2 key several times until Entering BIOS or System Setup appears. In the BIOS, expand the Power Management option. Select USB Wake Support and move the slider to OFF, to Disable USB Wake Support. This also disables being able to wake the computer by pressing the keyboard keys, but opening the laptop lid from being closed or pressing the power button shouldn't be affected. This also applies to USB mice and keyboards. As for your second question about the removal of the power LEDs, this was a trend that started with the Retina MacBook Pros and some ultrabooks that rely on flash storage and faster memory that wake your computer up from sleep or even power on so quickly you don't need to know if it's asleep or not.

I already set to OFF the setting you mentioned:

but then seemingly it's not working...
