Help regarding Precision 7720 and 4 monitors
Hello, I have trouble understanding whether i would be able to run the following monitor setup using the hardware listed below.
Setup:
1 x 34” UWQHD 3440 x 1440 100 Hz
2 x 27” QHD 2560 x 1440 60 Hz
1 x 27” FHD 1920 x 1080 60 Hz
+ laptop screen if possible but not obligatory
Hardware:
Dell Precision 7720, Intel Xeon E3-1545Mv5, NVIDIA QUADRO P5000 16GB
Ports: 1x Thunderbolt 3 usb C, 1x mini display port, 1x hdmi
The perfect solution would be to output all the monitors thought USB C thunderbolt 3 then through the WD22TB4 station. The station itself should be enough but would thunderbolt 3 be sufficient to transfer all this signal?
What if I change setup to 1x 34” UWQHD + 3 x FHD would that work?
If not would it be possible to connect 3 monitors via station + tb3 and the forth through hdmi/mini display port?
Thank you for help. If you have any more questions let me know.
