There won't be a Dell card this system can use -- it uses the older mini-PCIe form factor, not the now universal M.2/NGFF form factor. You can still find older Intel (and other) cards that will support 5 GHz connections, but if you want one that supports Wifi 6, the pickings are much slimmer -- Intel doesn't make mini PCIe Wifi 6 cards. Other manufacturers do.
