Does the Samsung 990 PRO NVMe M.2 2280 2TB SSD fit in Dell Precision 7680 ?

I'm looking to upgrade the 1TB disk that came with Dell Precision 7680 and add a second disk.

I'm looking for the fastest and largest disks (2 or 4TB) that will both fit and not overheat in the laptop

Does anyone have experience with any M.2 upgrades ?

M.2 connector slot and 2280 form factor are the same standard as Dell OEM drives.  Any of M.2 NVMe 2280 drives, including Samsung, should fit and be used in Precision 7680.  The only concern is custom heatsink from drives manufacturers can not be used.
