diagnostic inquire

hello, please be kind you good people and help me in this!

I have dell PERCISION 7520, it has a red light indicator on the inside (not visible on the outside of the chasse like battery and solid drive indicator, but rather visible through the chasse from the bottom side), near the HDMI port, it is either solid on or flashing, only red, should I be considered about this or is it normal?
