Dell's CAMM laptops not compatible with the JEDCC CAMM2 standard
Bought my 7770 to be able to upgrade my RAM to the JEDCC standard Dell was pushing. Verified today with service ticket tech Lenin T, If you bought a CAMM device from Dell, you just got hosed!

Oh. Hey there. I was fascinated with CAMM2 and somehow gets here.
For this. I could only mention that Dell also using an DIMM to CAMM interposer broad on DIMM default configuration. It means if your machine came with CAMM module you can by using an interposer broad to able to have a 2ch DIMM. Although I do not know where to.

Can we get some official confirmation from Dell rep here as well? It would stink if they're not backwards compatible.
