Dell TechHub service is crashing my laptop

Hello,

I have a Dell Precision 7760 laptop running Windows 11, and have been fighting a problem for the last week where within a couple of minutes of booting into Windows, my laptop will suddenly freeze and stop working. To be more precise, it seems like explorer.exe stops functioning properly since I can't click on anything and Ctrl+Alt+Del does not work but it seems like maybe other processes are still running. I can see my mouse moving, but I can't click on anything.

After much trial and error using the System Configuration utility and methodically disabling/enabling non-Microsoft services, I have discovered that the Dell TechHub service (C:\Program Files\Dell\TechHub\Dell.TechHub.exe) is the culprit causing my problem. I have renamed the executable so that it cannot be found, and disabled the service and my laptop is now functioning properly again.

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions about how to fix the problem, or if there is a way to submit a bug report to Dell. My support period has ended with my laptop, so I don't believe I can contact Dell directly. Or can I? Thanks in advance for any help/ideas.
