Dell Précision 3570 - Multiples problems

Hello,

today in have multiple problem on my pro PC ,

at the start on the afternoon , the computer have stoped working during normal work and at the end of the afternoon the computer won’t boot anymore , the first USB-C port is not working only the second port working , the PC don’t react to ESC+CONTROL keybind but react if I press D , the caps lock is enabled but nothing happend at the boot.
