Dell Precision Mobile Workstation 7680 Peeling away

This is my third Dell computer (1 Dell Inspiron / 2 Dell Alienware R2 / 3 Dell Precision Mobile Workstation 7680).
I have only been using this workstation for 2 years and it is basically not mobile because I work from home so there is no need to carry it. The first peeling of the surface started in the winter, later in certain places under the matte coating and in bright light some brown spots began to appear that are in no way related to mechanical external influences.
It is extremely disappointing that a product of this level with a price of over 4.8 K euros is of extremely poor quality.
Not to mention that after purchasing it, due to constant overheating and system breakage, I had to take it in for warranty, which resulted in the motherboard being replaced.
The Alienware R2 after 6 years of use and endless carrying in a backpack does not show such signs of wear.
I will try to contact the warranty service again but I highly doubt that this appeal will be successful, well unless It will only be successful because there are unclear spots under the outer matte coating.
