Dell Precision 77XX and RAID 10

Hello,
Did anyone set up RAID 10 on a Dell Precision 77XX with 4 m.2 drives?
I'm hunting those m.2 SSD 7000/6000 r/w speeds on my Dell Precision 7750 w/PCIe 4 ver 3 with 4 m.2 SSD drives.
From what I've read, I can set up my two m.2 1 TB SSD in RAID 0 on this laptop.
It will give me 2xspeed since it writes to two disks simultaneously.
The downside is that it will lead to data loss if the laptop suddenly crashes unless I've secured some backup to a SkyDrive.
Since my Dell has 4 m.2 SSD slots I'd like to invest in a couple of SSDs to make use of them as fast, but much safer RAID 10. RAID 10 r/w to two disks simultaneously, but mirrors them to two disks for backup to prevent data loss.
But I'm perhaps forced to buy additional hardware - or will this work out of the box?

Regards
Brage

Done som research and this is what I have found so far:
Dell Precision 77XX with 4 m.2 SSD only support RAID 0 or 1
Win 10 Pro and you should be good.
Win 11 pro do not support RAID.
Dell Documentation on RAID for laptops:
RAID Configuration for Dell Precision Mobile Workstations | Dell UK

General thoughts:
With Win 11 best option would probably be a RAM drive - 4*32 GB RAM setup could support a 32 RAM config with a 96 GB RAM Drive and it should be faster than RAID 0 or RAID 10.
