Dell Precision 7760 randomly hangs in a runtime

​My Dell Precision 7760 is supposed to be a powerful workstation. However it randomly hangs in the runtime. It doesn't matter whether I use X11 or Wayland. Also the OS version update doesn't help. Now I use Ubuntu 24.10. It is a very annoying bug, taking into account that it freezes when I participate in video-calls when I work. I mostly use Teams for making video-calls, but I have on my board Slack, Telegram and Google Hangouts. Sometimes the laptop gets frozen when I simply watch Youtube in a Chrome browser. I can suppose that there appears to be a conflict between two media resources like different tabs at a browser, or between a browser and an application. I don't completely sure, but the conflict could be inspired by the Nvidia driver which is now on version 560. Diagnostics shows that the hardware is fine. Does anybody have any ideas on how to capture and to overcome this annoying bug?​
