Dell Precision 7730 Workstation - Suddenly Nvidia Quadro P3200 6GB graphics card disappeared in Windows and not able to get it back.

I have a Dell Precision 7730 Workstation laptop. It just happened a few days ago that the Nvidia Quadro P3200 6GB graphics card disaapeared from windows 10. 

I did some work that day and left the computer on as idling. When I returned, the computer went sleep mode. I pressed the power button to wake up the computer, but the external monitor via mini-displayport did not come up. So, I reboot the computer. But still nothing comes up on external monitor. So now, I have been using laptop screen all the time. 

When boot up, the screen shows "(A7) fw downgrade - request mespilock failed". I am not sure what this is and how to deal with it.

Searched on for solutions. Tried update windows, update BIOS, reinstalled windows. Nothing worked. 

If anyone had experienced this issue, please help. I really need the external large monitor to do my work for living.
