There are EBay sellers who claim the card will work with that system, but they're upward and over $700 -- for a used card.

Yes, it is possible to install a Quadro P5000M to your 7720. If this is an upgrade, replacing the GPU was pretty easy and straight forward. If this is a new add-on, one may need a heat sink x-bracket for the new card installation.
