Dell Precision 7670 RAM interposer
Hello everyone,
I have installed RAM interposer in my Dell Precision 7670 instead of the CAMM 32GB to upgrade my system to 64GB (32GB x 2). However, when checking the BIOS, only one slot has detected the presence of RAM and the other did not. I used each one of them separately on one slot and they worked, meaning that each one of the RAM devices are working. However, when I install one of them in the other slot alone without the second one, the system does not boot and it flashes 2 amber lights and 3 white lights. When connect both of them, the system only recognizes 32GB and 64GB.
Any suggestions? Could it be the RAM interposer faulty?
I appreciate any help.
Thanks.
