Dell Precision 7670 Is very slow and the vms Freeze

Dell Precision 7670 Is very slow.

I just bought the laptop from four days ago and it’s really very slow it even slower than my very old I7 4th generation when I run VM. I tried running different types of VMs, but they all was very slow and several time They freeze. I thought it’s Windows 11, I tried to contact Dell to see if it’s possible to reinstall another operating system, but unfortunately the person was very short and tried to sell me another service to help and gave me sales number! I start searching online and I found that it’s not OS issue and I’m not the only person I have this problem. There are so many other people they have the same issues where other computer freezes or even restart. I didn’t have the restart issues and the main operating system didn’t freeze but the overall performance of the laptop was very poor.
