Dell Precision 7560: Maximum SSD Capacity per M.2 Slot?

1. I purchased a Dell Precision 7560 I7-11800H with a T1200 and would like to upgrade the SSD storage. I see it has three NVMe M.2 2280 SSD slots, but what is the maximum capacity supported per slot? Does anyone have that information, please?

2. I’m upgrading the SSD in my Dell Precision 7560 (T1200) and noticed some M.2 NVMe drives come with heatsinks. Does this laptop benefit from them, or does its cooling design make them unnecessary? Any recommendations for optimal performance?
