Dell precision 7560 - How to upgrade screen from Full HD to UHD?

Hello everyone,

I have Dell precision 7560 and I read in manual that there is a version of my laptop with a UHD screen. But as I opened my laptop, I found out that I have 30 pin conector, but online I can see only 40pin for UHD screen. How it was realized in this laptop? Is there any kind of different cable from 40pin to 30pin? Or it was made from the factory with 40pin? Or maybe there is something that I need to solder in, because UHD in manual says that it uses more power. Please help me to figure out it or point to useful resources!
