Dell Precision 7520 upgrade with WWAN for SIM Card use

The DW5811e is correct, in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In the North American lower 48, DP/N 3P10Y works on most service providers including the big 3. The drivers also list the DW5814e, Asian Pacific, but I don’t think the 7520 was sold there. However, before going further, I suggest you remove the battery and back cover and verify the antenna wires exists, because not all display panel options came with WWAN antennas.

I have checked the back of my notebook and I found the place for the WWAN card with two wires (grey and black). You can see them on the picture bellow. I think in this case the use of a DW5811e should work?

All the cards that have the same format can be put.
An old card recovered from an old computer, if it has the same format, will do.

See the documentation for your Precision 7520 ; I suppose you are a French speaker, because of the first name, but also because of the accent, the umlaut on the e.
