Dell Precision 7520 Screen Flickering
I have been having an issue where the screen on my Dell Precision 7520, which has an Intel Xeon E5-1545M CPU and an Nvidia Quadro M2200 GPU, flickers.
I believe that this is a BIOS issue from what I have seen online.
Has any fixes from Dell been released which I can install?

Screen flickering on a Dell Precision 7520 can be caused by a variety of issues, including display driver problems, loose or damaged cables, or even incompatible software. Troubleshooting steps include updating or rolling back display drivers, checking cable connections, and ensuring the system is not overheating.

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.

@DELL-Jesse L I have installed the Drivers using Dell SupportAssist, and the flickering still occurs.
I have seen that many people have also reported this issue, and it seems to be solved by entering the BIOS, and disabling Switchable Graphics seems to solve this issue. However, this stops the iGPU from working.
I was wondering if anything has been updated with the BIOS to fix this?
Here is a further thread on the issue I am having:

Always check for UEFI updates. Check with the Intel Driver and Support Assistant as well and check for update NVIDIA drivers too,
