Dell precision 5570 not turning on, keyboard lights flash/blinking till the time power button is pressed and released

So, I was just normally using my laptop not performing any heavy tasks as well. Suddenly, out of nowhere my laptop stopped and the screen turned blank. I tried to turn it on again, but the keyboard lights flash (blink) for the duration I press the power button and the screen remains blank. Nothing changes if I put a charger aswell. 
I don't know how to drain its battery as well, how can that be done?
I don't know where the problem is, can anyone guide me?
