Hello, Dear Dell community!

I'm here with a technical issue I couldn't find on the forum, so I would love to get some help.

Basically a friend unplugged my charger, after that; the charger didn't want to work anymore. Then my dell laptop ran out of battery so I couldn't charge it up, yesterday I bought a new charger, same model. The charger works fine but then figured out my laptop won't charge up or turn on. I tried to hardware reset the laptop even though it doesn't have any battery left. Nothing works, I Tried to check the inside of the laptop but for some reason the case from below wont come of no matter what.

I would love to know what might have caused this.
