Dell Precision 5470 camera not working despite updating drivers

A few days ago, the built-in camera of my Precision 5470 stopped working.  When I opened Device Manager, the icon for Intel Visual Sensing Controller Device and Camera Sensor OV01a had exclamation warning signs. The device status for each of them in order are:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

This device is currently waiting on another device or set of devices to start. (Code 51)

Dependencies:
ACPI\INTC1095\5&16456044&0
ACPI\INTC1097\0

Later I found this article that exactly detailed everything I encountered. I followed the steps in the article and update the Intel Visual Sensing Controller Device with the drivers on Dell's website (driver ID: 071VC). Nonetheless, the issue still persists. I have also tried using older driver versions but nothing changed. The two icons as mentioned above still has that exclamation sign.

Am I missing something or is the driver on Dell's website outdated?

Thank you in advance.

My Windows version is Windows 11 24H2, if that can be of any help.

@karp5470 Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and make sure that the option to allow apps to access your camera is turned on.

Go to the BIOS (Press F2 repeatedly immediately after powering on your device) > look for the integrated webcam in the settings > make sure it is enabled.

Make sure the BIOS has been updated to the latest version.

You can run SupportAssist diagnostics (it should be installed on your system) > go to the "Support" tab > choose "I want to check a specific piece of hardware" and select camera. It will run an interactive test on the camera. If it fails there it may be a hardware issue.

You could also try an "Advanced Driver Restore" through Dell Command Update that would uninstall and reinstall all drivers on the system with Dell drivers in case there is an issue with any other related drivers.
